How to Return an Item

1. Contact customer service with order information and a brief description of your return. We will send you a printable slip with more instructions. It contains our return address and basic information about your returned order. Please return the product during the 14 day return period.

2. Print the return slip and put it inside your package along with the item(s) you are going to return and pack the item properly.

3. If you are in urgent need of handling the returned parcels, please contact customer service and provide a tracking number for the returned parcels.

4. We will process your return in 7-10 business days of receiving the package. You will be reimbursed for the purchase price on the original method of payment.

Condition of Returned Items

1. Items must be returned in like-new condition. Damaged items may be denied a return.

2. Final sale merchandise may not be returned.

Shipping

Shipping and handling fees are based on the subtotal of your order and the shipping method selected. Most orders shipped by UPS or USPS and arrive within 5-7 business days within the 48 contiguous United States(standard delivery).

The estimated delivery date is based on shipping method and does not include weekends. Orders placed over the weekend will be shipped business day.
